We are here to accommodate your requests. If you want a certain vehicle or you like specific Chauffeur to drive you just book a reservation and enter your request in comments. We will do our best to make it happen we promise. We learn our clients and we always will throw upgrades and send newer vehicles to our repeat customers. No extra price addons for specific car request. Life happens and if for any reason your request cannot be accommodated you will be notified as soon as possible and we will work out replacement for your travel. 

Once you book your airport transfer with us you never have to worry about it. Your reservation is safe with us. You will be sent a confirmation number with all the information. If you pre book inside Meet & Greet your Chauffeur will be standing at the designated spot with a greeting sign. (Please note not all vehicles can access parking lots but we have alternatives to those situations.) If you request a curbside pick up your Chauffeur will be waiting (or circling) outside the Terminal for your flight arrival. We monitor your flight through multiple sources to get the most accurate information. Whether its inside pick up or outside you will be provided your Chauffeurs mobile number as well as car description and he will be provided with your mobile number. We will let you know where exactly he is waiting or where you should wait.

NYC is not free. There is still ways to enter Manhattan from Queens & Brooklyn that are free of charge but usually traffic backs up on those for hours. We recommend using toll facilities due to traffic flow and road maintenance. New Jersey to Manhattan Crossings are $17.00 not including NJ Turnpike and Garden State Parkway (Which being billed by the number of exits you pass). Bronx, Brooklyn & Queens Crossings are $10.17 Brooklyn has more tolls like Verrazano Narrows Bridge $21.00 & Marine Parkway Bridge $5.09. Henry Hudson Bridge is $7.50 or RFK Triboro Bridge is $10.17 if you entering Manhattan from the Bronx. There's more smaller tolls Upstate New York & Long Island and we will notify you at the time we give you a first quote about cost of tolls. Toll charges are obtained through www.tollsmart.com  website via the best possible route.

Parking Fees at the Airports will vary by the Airport & Time Parked. Usually it starts with  $6.00 for 30 minutes with a weird formula that they use to increase the fee. Some Airports give you a 15-20 minutes free grace period before they charge. Usually on International Arrival Passengers pay between $9.00 to $12.00 for parking and domestic arrival from $6.00 to $9.00. You can save on parking by scheduling your pick up Curbside.

There is no time frame. We will try to help you at any time for any type of transfer. Our suggestion to book your ride 24 Hours in advance to ensure a great service. Specialty vehicles like Buses, Sprinters & Stretch Limousines are available from time to time for as soon as possible call but please don't try to be lucky most of the time it doesn't happen. Sedans, Crossovers & Suv's are always available and eta will be provided with the closest available Chauffeur. Cancellation Policy applies on As soon as possible calls the second driver is assigned. 

If you traveling with Children nothing more important is their safety. We encourage our customers to get a seat from us or bring their own. Driver will help with installation. By law in New York if Children under 7 traveling in a car they must be in a safety seat but we have State Exemption for For Hire Vehicles. Children under age of 7 are permitted to sit on an adult's lap. Our Company able to provide some baby seats but number is limited so advanced reservation might help. Please mention age & baby's weight so we can get the right seat. We have all 3 different types of baby seats but they not all 3 in one. Infant Seat for children under 2, Baby Seat from 2 to 4 and Booster Seat from 4 to 7.

We accept all Worlds major Credit Cards: (American Express, Diners Club, Discover, Master Card & Visa). We use Stripe so more are accepted we just didn't get to them yet. We accept cash to the driver but that form of payment only available to our regular clients. You can open Personal or Business Account and have option of payment by check. We trying to implement Bitcoin into one of our form of payments but all final tweakes are being worked out and as soon as its available we will post a news blog about it. (We always looking for test runs. Call us) But Prefered method is Credit Card. Transactions are fast and secured. Credit Card will get verified by the system and we will charge it at the day of reservation.

If you traveling with a pet we will provide full service. Please book in advance since not all Drivers able to take Pets in their cars. Dogs must be restrained by their owner at all times. Cats needs to be in a kennel.  All responcibility for your animal falls on you. If Driver will incur extra charges as car cleaning due to actions of your pet you assume full responsibility for it.
